WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our products ship after 1-2 days after you placed the order.
WILL I GET AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER DETAILS?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, should you wish to cancel your order, get in contact within 24 hours and we can cancel it with no extra cost.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I HAVE TO PAY?
No handling/processing fees are ever charged.
OOPS - I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!
If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
HOW FAST IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We value our customer experience. If you wish to return any of our products for up to 28 days after your order, for how to do so please read the steps below.
Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
-With a subject of (Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.
Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
Step 4: If all is good, we will refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account.
Delivery time will vary depending what country you are in, however it should never be longer than 8 days, if you have not received your order within this time please get in contact with us.
Just finished my 1st PT with Seb over Zoom. He worked me hard, but also to my own level, working round any injuries, great encouragement throughout. Can’t wait till next time. Would definitely recommend.
